Before each meeting, I update your year-to-date actuals against targets, refresh your forecast based on current trends, and update your scoreboard and objectives — so when we meet, you know exactly where you are, where you're headed, and what's working or off-track.

Monthly CFO meeting

A focused working session where we discuss what's changing in the business, walk through the scoreboard and objectives, and create a clear 30-day action plan — in your hands the day of the meeting.

Weekly accountability

Quick check-ins between monthly meetings keep the plan on track. Course corrections happen before they become problems.

Work that requires significant build time is scoped as a Strategic Project — comprehensive financial models, multi-scenario forecasts, full pricing or staffing strategies, 13-week cash flow models, and system builds in programs like Airtable or Excel.
