Effective May 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Exceleré LLC collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website. Throughout this document, “Exceleré,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Exceleré LLC.
Exceleré collects only the information needed to operate this website and the services described on it. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We use trusted third-party services (analytics, email, scheduling, payments) that have their own privacy practices, listed below.
This Privacy Policy applies to excelere.biz and all subdomains. It does not apply to the practices of companies we don't own, including third-party services we link to.
When you fill out a form on the site (newsletter signup, Discovery Call booking, webinar registration, contact form), we collect what you submit. Typically that's your name and email address. If you book a Discovery Call through Calendly, you may also provide a phone number, company name, and answers to brief intake questions.
If you purchase a digital product through a third-party platform we link to (such as Thinkific or Gumroad), the payment and account information you provide goes to that platform, not to us. We may receive a record of the purchase, including your email address, for service-delivery and customer-support purposes.
When you visit the site, we automatically collect limited technical information:
We use this information to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your information for behavioral advertising. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We may also use information for additional purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. If we add a new purpose that materially changes how we use your information, we will update this policy and, where required, notify you.
To operate the site and deliver services, we use trusted third-party platforms. Each has its own privacy practices, and we recommend reviewing them:
These services may collect their own data when you interact with them, governed by their own privacy policies. We have no control over what they collect or how they use it beyond our service agreements with them.
We use cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences (for example, whether you've already dismissed a notice). We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality but will not prevent you from accessing content.
Your browser may include a “Do Not Track” signal that lets websites know you prefer not to be tracked. At this time, our systems do not respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still limit tracking through your browser cookie settings as described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state or federal privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah. These may include the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@excelere.biz. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically 30 to 45 days.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe; client engagement records are retained according to our professional and legal obligations.
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect the information we hold. No internet transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
When information is no longer needed, we securely dispose of it — through deletion from active systems, secure overwriting, or, for physical records, shredding.
Security breach notification. If we become aware of a data breach involving unencrypted personal information, we will notify affected individuals and applicable state regulators as required by law, and we will describe the nature of the breach and the steps we are taking to address it.
Our website is operated from the United States and intended primarily for a U.S. audience. If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws different from those of the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.
If you are an EU or UK resident and would like to exercise rights available under GDPR or UK GDPR (such as access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing), contact us at hello@excelere.biz and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If Exceleré is sold, merged, acquired, restructured, or transfers a substantial portion of its assets, your personal information may be transferred to the new owner or successor entity as part of that transaction. Any such transfer will be subject to the protections in this Privacy Policy, or you will be notified and given the opportunity to opt out before any materially different practices apply to your information.
The site is intended for business owners and other adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers and clients via email.
