What this call isn't: a sales pitch, a pressure call, or a free strategy session. It's a mutual fit conversation. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you — and where we can, we'll point you toward someone or something better suited.

If we are a fit, we'll talk about the next step: a complimentary financial assessment of your business.

If the Discovery Call goes well and we both see a fit, the next step is the Diagnose phase. This is where we look under the hood.

We pull two years of your financial data — balance sheet, income statement, sales transactions — and build a clear picture of where your business actually stands. We look at five things:

Operating expenses.

Across payroll, marketing, and overhead.

Diagnosis tells us where you are. Design tells us where we go from here — and how.

In the same focused working session — typically about 60 minutes — we walk you through what we found in the diagnosis and present a custom-designed path forward: what we'd focus on, how we'd work together, and the exact investment. You'll see four things:

A specific recommendation.

What we'd focus on, how we'd work, and what the engagement looks like.

This is the engagement itself. The Drive phase is where we move from analysis to action and where founders see their business change.

The Kickoff

Every engagement begins with a kickoff meeting where we set profit and cash flow targets for the year ahead. These targets define what success looks like in real numbers and anchor everything we do together each month.

The Monthly Rhythm

Update.

We pull your latest numbers and update your forecast so you always know where the business is actually headed.

ii.

Score.

We compare your forecast against your targets and score each driver of profit and cash flow — green, yellow, or red. You'll see exactly what's on track and what needs attention.

iii.

Set objectives.

Based on the scoreboard, we identify the most important objectives for the next 30 days — the levers most likely to move the business toward its targets.

iv.

Meet.

A focused monthly working session where we discuss what's changing in the business, walk through the scoreboard and objectives, and create a clear 30-day action plan — in your hands the day of the meeting.

v.

Stay close.

Between meetings, you have unlimited access for the day-to-day questions and decisions that come up in running your business — pricing questions, hiring decisions, big purchases, cash flow concerns. Larger system builds or significant project work fall under separately scoped Strategic Projects.

The Annual Rhythm

We hold a dedicated planning session each year to update your targets and align on the year ahead — adjusting for what you learned in the prior year and where you want to take the business next.

Engagements begin within two weeks of contract signing.
